Park Güell Audio Guide & Scavenger Hunt

Objective: Presently, my focus is dedicated to the conceptualization and realization of meticulously curated self-guided tours of two of Barcelona's most important monuments - Gaudí's Park Güell and his Sagrada Familia, accompanied by family-fun scavenger hunts with a prize for the winning team.  I have started with developing the app for Park Güell.

Business considerations: In light of the changing landscape post-pandemic, where clients display heightened technological acumen, these self-guided tours with interactive scavenger hunts manifest as a strategically viable product. This outlook stands in stark contrast to the business landscape of four years ago, where such an offering may not have garnered substantial interest from a commercial standpoint. By presenting families with the prospect of self-guided tours enriched with family-oriented scavenger hunts, we afford them an unprecedented degree of flexibility, while making this an economically viability of their travel experiences compared to guided alternatives.

Objective: To connect users with experts in the field of aging in place via live video calls; providing a reliable resource.

 

Target Audience: Children of Baby Boomers, otherwise known as Generation X (45 to 60 years old - aka Gen Xers).

Context: The Baby Boomers are reaching retirement at a rate of 10,000 people turning 65 daily in the United States until 2035. As the country's second largest generation starts to age, they are looking at new ways to do this and at the top of their list is aging in place and a need for a reliable source to offer expert advice and solutions to allow seniors to age in place.

Objective: The main objective of Perfect Properties was to provide a real estate website for home buyers where it was easy to search for properties while being able to add preferences to narrow the search, easily view and return to interesting listings, and an interactive map. All of these features would allow users to take advantage of the free time they have to view properties that meet their criteria.
